SHARPE, Ronald Francis - Of Rossmore, passed away quietly at Moira Place, Tweed on Monday, February 8, 2016 following a lengthy illness with Alzheimer's.
Ron in his 87th year was a loving husband to the late Chrissy Sharpe and father of Steven Sharpe (Tina), Linda Cook (Donald), Karen Sharpe (John Desloges).
Grandfather of Jennifer Sharpe, Steve Cook (Teri) & Jillian Cook.
Son of the late Arthur & Ethel Sharpe.
Ron will be missed by his brother, sisters & many nieces & nephews.
"Rockin Ronnie" enjoyed Johnny Cash music, carving, boating Nascar & sitting in his garage overlooking the Bay of Quinte. He was a proud & skilled mechanic & truck driver.
The family would like to thank the staff at Moira Place for their care, support & kindness during dad's stay.
A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Donations to the Alzheimer Society, Hospice Quinte or Moira Place are welcome.
