METCALFE, Ronald Earl - Ronald Earl Metcalfe passed away at the age of 86, on Saturday, September 25, 2021.
Born on April 21, 1935 to Earl and Laila (Moore) Metcalfe, Ronald is preceeded in death by his wife of 45 years Carol Bargman.
Ron was the loving father of Ryan Metcalfe, Susan (Bob) Jewett, and Doug (Cathy) Metcalfe, and brother of Marilyn Smye.
Ron is further survived by nieces, nephews, granddaughters, other relatives, and friends.
Known to his friends as REMLEY, Ron’s quiet & calm demeanor hid a fierce competitiveness which could be easily seen at any sporting event, particularly a baseball game or a Euchre tournament.
A private funeral service will be held on Monday, September 27th. Arrangements entrusted with Steeles Memorial Chapel.
