Daniel Rouleau
January 2, 1955 - October 24, 2024

Passed away peacefully at ARCH on October 24, 2024, at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Cindy and devoted father to Aimee Long (Brian) and Paul (Rainbow Agawa and her daughter Landyn). Cherished “papa” of grandchildren Eamonn, Emmett, and Owen Long.

Daniel was the son of the late Rose-Aimee and Georges Rouleau, and dear brother of Gilles (Judi), Nicole Howe (Rick), Alain (Val), Lynne, and the late Renaud. He was a loved son-in-law of Frank and Bernice Harper, and brother-in-law to Grant Harper (Patti), Heather Grandmont (Phil), and Janet Krmpotich (late Randy). He was “Unc” and great-uncle to many, holding each family bond close to his heart.

Known for his love of family, Dan created countless memories in his “garage” gathering spot, which was the heart of laughter, memories, and companionship. An outdoors enthusiast, he cherished his time at Achigan, surrounded by friends and family. His resilience and humor inspired everyone, even during challenging times.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024, at the Water Tower Inn – Grand Hall East (360 Great Northern Rd, Sault Ste. Marie) from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the nurses at the SAH Cancer Clinic, Dr. Febbraro, Dr. Booth, and the remarkable team at ARCH for their compassionate care. In memory of Dan, donations may be made to ARCH (online or by cheque).
