BERGSMA, Saaktje (Sara)  - Peacefully in the love of her family on Friday, September 8, 2017 at Rouge Valley Health System, Centenary Site in her 96th year.

Sara, beloved wife of the late Jelle Bergsma.

Loving mother of Jane (Roy Schaeffer), John, Ida (Ross Chamberlain), Nancy (Art Fallis), Manny (Fred Albert), Elsie (Siggi Schmidtke), Henry (Tammie) and Dorothy (Gary Micheal).

Cherished grandma of 23 and great grandma of 38.

Family and friends will be received at MOUNT LAWN FUNERAL HOME & CEMETERY, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby (North of Hwy 2) 905-443-3376 on Wednesday, September 13, from 1;30 pm until the time of Service in the chapel at 2:30 pm.

Interment Mount Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the C.N.I.B. would be appreciated.
