ZAHARELOS, Sande (nee Marinopoulos) - February 21, 1941 - October 1, 2015
After a lengthy battle with cancer passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto at the age of 74 years.
Sande was a fighter, very brave but with a very gentle soul.
She will be greatly missed by her loving husband Chris, her brothers and their wives Peter & Bonnie, George & Constance, by her brother-in-law Ted and sisters-in-law Voula and Nedda and by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held at the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME (28 Old Kingston Rd., Ajax) on Wednesday, October 7 from 5:00 - 9:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will be held at ST. JOHN'S GREEK ORTHODOX CHURCH (1385 Warden Ave., Scarborough M1R 2S3) on Thursday, October 8 at 11:00 am.
Sande will be laid to rest in ERSKINE CEMETERY, Pickering following the service.
