SARTAIN, Gordon J. -
Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, September 9th, 2015 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 82.
Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Bidwell).
Loving Dad of Kevin (Mariette), Paul (Sue) and Sally (Bob). Proud Grampy of Maygan, Andrew, Tyler, Hayley, Colin and great granddaughter Emma Grace.
Dearest brother of Hilda and brother -in-law of George, John, Peter, Rita and Marg.
Gordon will also be remembered by many nieces and nephews in Canada and England.
Gordon was born in Radstock, England and has many friends and family in Canada, England and Florida.
He enjoyed his favourite pastimes of watching Soccer and Darts.
In following Gordon's wishes, cremation has taken place.
Memorial visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Saturday, September 12th from 2 – 4 p.m. with Words of Remembrance at 2:30 p.m.
If desired, memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
