Passed away on November 23, 2024
With peaceful but heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Judith Elizabeth Schoorman (nee Krohn) on Saturday, November 23, 2024. Judy was reunited with her beloved husband, Jakob, and leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness.
Loving daughter of the late Lyle and Winifred Krohn and daughter-in-law of the late Jacob and Sophie Schoorman. Judy will be dearly remembered by her brother Charles (Debbie) and sister-in-law Lisa, surviving spouse of her late brother Melvin. She is predeceased by her sister Carol.
A cherished aunt to Angie (Gene), Valerie (Chad), Jon, Joe (Clarissa), Matt (Sue), Raylene (Von), Melissa (Brandon), and a beloved great-aunt to Justin (Moriah), Connor (Alyssa), Kenton, Jordan, Jaicee, Emerson, Alec, Ayla, and Asher, Judy also had a special bond with the many children she babysat, who will carry fond memories of her warmth and care.
Judy’s family would like to extend special thanks to “Her Girls” Shuchi, Pranjali, Erica, and Lynda, who became family to her.

- Visitation: Wednesday, November 27, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home, 409 Nelson Street, Wallaceburg, ON
- Funeral Service: Thursday, November 28, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home
- Interment: Wyoming Public Cemetery
