Christos Sideris

May 14, 1942 - December 15, 2024

Christos Sideris, born on May 14, 1942, in Greece, passed away peacefully with the love of his family in his heart on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at the age of 82.

Devoted husband to Maria (Bogdanis). Beloved Tate to Frances and Peter (Danielle). Proud Dedo to Joshua (Jen), Paul, Andrew, Charlie, and Vanessa. Predeceased by parents Daniel and Fanny, and brother Nick. He will be greatly missed by his extended family members and friends.

Christos emigrated from Greece to Toronto, Canada, where he met his wife Maria, and they married in 1962. Together they made a wonderful life in Canada. After being successful owners of a Pizza Pizza store in Whitby, Christos and Maria enjoyed retirement, spending time with family, gardening, and their winters in Florida.

Visitation will be held at McEachnie Funeral Home (28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax, ON) on Thursday, December 19th, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Funeral Service to follow in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Pine Hills Cemetery at 2:45 p.m.
