Nancy Joan (Lake) Skelding

August 30, 1938 - March 22, 2025

In loving memory of Nancy Joan Skelding.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy Joan Skelding on March 22, 2025, in Cobourg, Ontario.

Nancy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Jack. Together, they built a meaningful life on their dairy farm, where they raised their family and created lasting memories. She was a devoted mother to Jackie (Rob) Snow and Karen (Jason) Dasovich, and a proud grandmother to Jeremy, Amie, Emma, Ava, and Isaac. Nancy will be remembered for her strong work ethic, dedication to her family, and generous spirit.

Always active, Nancy could often be found working on the farm, baking for loved ones, or contributing her time with the United Church Women. She was a talented homemaker and baker, and her kitchen was always filled with the comforting aroma of something fresh from the oven.

As per her wishes, there will be no formal service. A private celebration of life will be held this summer.
