BROWN, Sylvia Patricia (Pat) – (August 6th, 1933 - September 28th, 2021)
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our Mom, Grandmother and great-Grandmother on September 28, 2021 in her 89th year.
Beloved and cherished by her daughters, Wendy and Janice, loving Ga to Michelle (Jimmy) and Michael and GaGa to Sam and Sophia.
Predeceased by her husband Harold and her parents Oscar and Eileen Moore.
Special thanks to all the staff on 6C and 4F for their kindness and care at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
Visitation will be held at W.C. TOWN FUNERAL CHAPEL , 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby on Friday, October 1st from 7 – 9pm and Saturday, October 2nd 2021 from 12 – 1pm.
Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, October 2nd at 1pm.
Interment at GROVESIDE CEMETERY, Whitby.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
