Lorne Binnie Talbot

November 3, 1946 - November 30, 2024

Peacefully surrounded by his cherished family on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at Brightshores Health in Markdale, in his 79th year.

Beloved husband of Wendy for over 50 years, and loving father to Heather (Stephen) Ashley, Lee (Jenn), Neil (Lori), and Jamie (Maggie). Lorne will be missed by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as his extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Harold and Rose Talbot, brother Henry Talbot, and other beloved relatives.

Known for his quiet, insightful demeanor, Lorne was a passionate farmer, skilled truck driver, and deeply devoted family man. The pride he held for his family was evident in every conversation.

Cremation has taken place, and a gathering will be held in the spring to celebrate Lorne’s life. The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Markdale Hospital for their compassion and care.
