Yu-Chok (Jack) Tam, beloved Son, supportive Brother, and fun-loving Uncle, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2025.

He is survived by his eldest sister Tammy, his nephews Samson and Winston, his three nieces, Judy, Teresa, Anne, and extended family in Hong Kong. He will be forever missed and loved by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
