Jeffrey Tingling

The Tingling family sadly announces the passing of Jeffrey "Jeff" Tingling on October 31, 2024, following a brief illness. He leaves behind his beloved "soulmate" of 44 years, Stephanie, and his cherished children, Jessica (Hernando) and Jacob (Andrea).

Predeceased by his mother, Icilda (1989), his father, Egbert (2005), and his brothers Austin (1981) and Renny (2017), Jeff will be lovingly remembered by his remaining siblings, in-laws in Canada and Europe, and their families. His memory lives on with numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and extended family members worldwide.

Those who knew Jeff will fondly remember his quirky wit, quiet intelligence, and kind spirit. An Englishman at heart and a Stoic in philosophy, Jeff held fast to the values of honesty, responsibility, hard work, respect, and deep love for his family.

"The time of my departure has come. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." (Timothy 4:7-8)

In keeping with Jeff's wishes, no formal service will be held. Details of a celebration of his life will be shared at a later date.
