Cober MayCOBER, May Erica - (1936 - 2020) - May Erica Cober, age 83, passed away peacefully at her home with her daughter and granddaughter by her side on the morning of September 11, 2020.

Born in Stockholm Sweden, she was the daugther of the late Ruth and Oscar Cedwall.

Beloved widowed wife of Royce Snider and wife of first husband Curt Cober. A beautiful mother to Anita and Lennart Cober (Miranda). A wonderful sister to Lars (Mona), Bo and Jean Cedwall.

The best grandmother to Erika (David-lee), Nicole (Mike), and Michael (Sonia) and the most loving great grandmother to Daidan and Dakari Carter & Hailey and Dylan Payne.

May was a very outgoing person, always full of laughter and life. She retired 30 years ago from a long and productive career at McDonnell Douglas in Malton, ON where she made many life long friends. She loved to travel including to Florida which was a second home to her. She especially loved watching sunsets on one of her favorite beaches with friends and family. She enjoyed lunches with the ladies in her later years and always loved golfing with her buddies and working in her garden. May loved her great grandchildren, grand children and her own kids and watching all of us grow into our own families. May will be missed deeply by all her friends and family. Love to you May, Mom, Mormor, Farmor and Grandma.

May was cremated on Tuesday September 15th at Glen Oaks Crematorium in Oakville, Ontario. The family will have a private celebration of life. In light of the current global pandemic and with the present restrictions placed on group gatherings by the government, a formal celebration of life will be held at a later date

In lieu of flowers, donations to the The Hospital for Sick Children would be greatly appreciated by the family. Words of comfort and shared stories may be left for the family. Arrangements with Scott funeral home, Brampton chapel.
