DEHGHANI, Mohsen 'Sam' - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sam. He passed at home with his beloved Kate by his side on Tuesday December 15, 2020 at the age of 38.
Devoted husband and soul mate of Kate for 13 wonderful years. Proud and loving father Ava Georgina.
Cherished son of Hossein and Vahideh and son in law of Tom Duffus. Dear brother of Mehdi (Iryna) and Ali (Logan) and brother in law to Kerri Lavoie. He will be sadly missed by his many family and friends.
Mohsen will be fondly remembered for his love of family, friends, music and life. He was so generous and so forgiving. A free spirit and a simple man who loved the outdoors.

Friends and family will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, WOODBRIDGE Chapel, 4671 Hwy #7 Vaughan on Sunday from 4-9 p.m. *Due to COVID restrictions, please RSVP for the visitation at the link provided on his memorial page on the funeral home website. Wearing of masks or face coverings are mandatory.
A private family service and interment will be held on Monday.
