BARRETT, Jane Christine - With heavy hearts we are sad to announce that on May 22, 2021 at Norfolk General Hospital we had to say our farewells to Jane at the age of 55 years. She peacefully passed surrounded by her husband & family.
Jane was a loving daughter, sister, wife & auntie.
She was well loved by many & impacted the lives of everyone she met. Jane had a passion for children, she spent most of her life involved in children’s ministries at her church.
Jane had an infectious smile that made everyone’s day.
She was loved, she showed love & she gave love to all.
Jane was preceded in death by her father Donald, her son Jonah & her mother in law Alice. She is survived by her husband Willis, her mother Geraldine, sisters Debbie (Brian), Charmane, & brothers Wayne, Donny (Melissa). Also, many nieces & nephews & a Godson.
She will be surely missed but never forgotten. She will live in our hearts forever, cherishing the many, many memories made.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations in memory of Jane would be appreciated by the family. A collection box will be available at the drive thru visitation on Sunday May 30 from 2-4pm at Brampton Funeral Home & Cemetery, Brampton. Everyone must remain in their cars at all times.
