SEKO, Shigeo William (Bill)    -  July 21, 1917 - September 24, 2021

It is with great sadness that the Seko family announces the peaceful passing of our father, Shigeo (William) Seko, on Friday, September 24th, at the amazing age of 104.

He was predeceased by his loving wife of 70 years, Chiyo.

Loving father of Steve (Anne Marie deceased), Nao (Noreen), Mitsuyo (deceased), Amy (Jack deceased) and Nelson (Margaret). Grandfather of Stephn (Fe), Jessica, Arthur, Kerris, Tiffany, Brandon, Michelle and Daniel (Jessica).

Great-grandfather of Theresa Marie, Nathaniel, Monica May, Hailey, Jameson and Mackenzie.

He was predeceased by his parents, Jutaro and Hatsu, his sisters Shika, Yasue and Jitsue and his daughter Mitzi.

Bill was born in Point Grey, BC, and married Chiyo in Japan, who came to Canada in 1957 with Steve, Nao and Mitsuyo.

He had a great love for the Blue Jays and schooling everyone in the football and baseball pools. His life will be celebrated at a private family service.

The Seko family wishes to thank the staff at Momiji for their extraordinary kindness and loving care.

Donations to the Momiji Health Care Society, in lieu of flowers or other gifts, would be greatly appreciated.
