Passed away on September 29, 2015 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, in his 84th year.
Born in Prokocice, Poland. Loving husband of Janina for 46 years.
Cherished father of Jolanda Puzio(Henry), Tadeusz Gora, and Henryka Loder(Cecil). Beloved Dziadek to Daniella, Margaret, Tomasz, and Ewa.
Brother to Krystyna, Zofia and Felicja of Poland. He will be greatly missed by all of his cousins, nieces, nephews and Godchildren in Canada and Poland.
Predeceased by his parents, Jozef and Eleonora Gora, and his brothers Stanislaw, Henryk and Marian.
Wladyslaw was a member of the General Sikorski Polish Veterans Association, and a longtime member and usher of St. Hedwig’s Parish. His family would like to extend their warm thanks to the OC6 Floor doctors and nurses at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their kind and compassionate care.
Friends may call for visitation on Friday, October 2 from 6-9pm at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King St. E., Oshawa), with a prayer service to take place at 8pm.
Funeral mass to take place on Saturday, October 3 at 11am at St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church, interment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.

MURRAY, John Pearson, P.Eng. - January 29, 1935 - September 1, 2015
Passed away tragically, on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at the age of 80.
Predeceased by his loving wife and best friend Marlene.
Loving father to David (Susan), Dan (Brenda), Ellen (René), Janine (David), Robin, and Ann (Stephen).
Loving Grampa to Allison, Kathryn, Peter, Kaitlin and Danielle, Claudelle, Amy, Benjamin, Samuel, Jonathon, Randy and Monica.
Proud great-grandfather to Dominik, Bella and Avery. He is survived by brothers David (Phyllis) and George (Alice) and is the proud uncle to Gordon, Kenneth, George, Alexander and Stephanie. Brother-in-law to Annemarie (Doug).
John was a gentle man with a deep Christian faith who always tried to help others and he will be deeply missed.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME (28 Old Kingston Rd, Ajax 905-428-8488).
The Funeral Service will be held at the PICKERING PENTECOSTAL CHURCH “THE GATHERING PLACE” (1920 Bayly St. Pickering) on Friday, September 11, 2015 at 11:00 am, with visitation one hour prior from 10:00 to 11:00 am.
After the service there will be a reception followed by the Interment at Salem United Church Cemetery, Pickering.
If desired, memorial donations may be made in lieu of flowers to the Bible League of Canada.

Dawn passed peacefully with her loving husband Marty and her wonderful children Baylie and Braydon by her side on September 29, 2015.
Devoted daughter of Kathryn & Robert Scroggin, loving sister of Bobby & sister-in-law to Kelli, Aunt to Rocco and soon to arrive twins later this month.

WILLSON, Dorothy Elaine - January 6th, 1924 – September 29th, 2015
Passed away peacefully on September 29th at the age of 91.
Predeceased by her husbands; Stanley Willson (1973), David Low (1989), and Ken Kansikas (1999) and her son Glenn S. Willson (Lorrie).
Loving mother of Nancy Matwychuk (Al), Carol Willson-Goodchild, Donald Willson (Alexandra), Douglas Willson (Mirelle), and Stephen Willson (Jennifer).
She will be fondly remembered by her 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Cherished sister of Patricia Grabowski.
She lived a full happy life. Married to Lieutenant Stan Willson June 24, 1944. Stationed in St. John’s Newfoundland, Dorothy worked in the military hospital. Stan was moved overseas, and after the war they both settled in Oshawa and raised their family. She formed the first IOD chapter in 1949 which has raised millions of dollars for local charities.
She was an active golfer at the Oshawa Golf Club, an active skier at the Oshawa Ski Club and a volunteer for 30 years at Lakeridge Health Hospital Oshawa.
She travelled the world extensively. However, her favourite times were summers spent at Balsam Lake spending time with family and friends.
Cremation has taken place and a private family celebration of life will be held.

KIPPIE, Peter James - April 24, 1956 – September 29, 2015
Peter James Kippie passed away peacefully at home on September 29th, 2015 in his 60th year.
Predeceased by his Mother Norma Simpkins (née Melvin), stepfather Cameron Simpkins, and father Peter Kippie. Favourite brother of Joanne, dear nephew to Margo Watkins, Valerie Ciccone, and John Millar. Loving uncle to Kristopher (Amanda) and great uncle to their daughter Allie, loving uncle to Sarah, and cherished cousin of Mallory.
Best friend of Jeff White and close friend of Harry Chaggaris. Devoted partner to Colette Peters and loving father to English Setter “Indy,” Peter was a beloved member of the Kenny-Peters family.
Peter was a talented, world-class player of both snooker and nine-ball, with numerous titles and accomplishments, including 1981 Scottish Amateur Snooker Champion, 1986 Ontario Snooker Champion and four perfect games of snooker. His kind and gentle soul (and great fashion sense!) will be greatly missed by many, but we take comfort that he has gone to a better place.
There will be two celebrations of Peter’s life:
Brockville: Saturday, October 17 from 2-5pm at Broadstreet Billiards, 51 King Street West.
Toronto: Sunday, October 25 from 1-4pm at Cornerbank Billiards, 925 Warden Avenue.
Grateful thanks to the entire team who cared for Peter in his last days at home, including Dr. Khosnood, nurses Simcha, Katarina and Tanya, and PSWs Dennis, Marva, and Marybic.
