Stephen Allison Foster

September 4, 1948 - January 7, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stephen Allison Foster on January 7, 2025, at Kingston General Hospital, surrounded by family. Stephen was a devoted husband to Eleanor, a proud father to Stephen (Adele), Skyla (Matthew), and Samuel, and a beloved grandfather to Grayson, Abigail, and Logan. He was predeceased by his parents Allison Foster and Gloria Large, and siblings Schuyler, Shane, and Sloane.

In his younger years, Stephen was deeply involved in his community, serving on Kingston Township Council and many other organizations. A double-lung transplant recipient in 2018, his family is forever grateful for the extra time they had with him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at James Reid Funeral Home Reception Centre, 1900 John Counter Blvd, Kingston, on Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the United Way or Partners in Mission Food Bank are appreciated. Consider registering as an organ donor in Stephen’s memory at www.beadonor.ca.

Peacefully at Huron Hospice, Clinton, surrounded by the love of her family, Nancy folded her last load of laundry on Friday, January 10, 2025. Proud and loving mom of Steven and Amy, Adam, April and Tony, and Jasmine and Reuben. Adored Nana of Braedan, Sierra, Austin, Cheyenne, Maverick, Alyvia, Hailey, Hayden, Harley, and Hendrix, and great-Nana of Oakley.

Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 456 Main Street South, Exeter, on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM. Funeral service to follow at the Exeter Pentecostal Tabernacle on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

Deborah "Debbie" Lynn St. Pierre

November 19, 1960 - January 4, 2025

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Mother, Sister, and Friend Debbie Lynn St. Pierre after a short but courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, January 4th, 2025, at the age of 64.

She is now peacefully reunited with her beautiful son Jordan, big brother Brian, and her beloved parents Jean & Robert Green.

Born in Wawa (Michipicoten), Ontario on November 19th, 1960. Loving Mother of Cory St. Pierre (Dawn) and Jordan St. Pierre whom she proudly raised with their father Paul St. Pierre.

Debbie will be fondly remembered and sorrowfully missed by her loving family Patricia Chan (David), Bonita Green, Roberta Pozniak (Walter), Linda Costa (Tony), Wayne Green (Jennifer), the late Brian Green, Wendy Neveu (David), Donna Monk (Steven), and her many nieces and nephews which she always held so near and dear to her heart.

Debbie has always been known for her compassion, big heart, and empathy for others. There was nothing more important to her than spending time with family and her children.

The family would like to extend a very special and appreciative thanks to the amazing and supportive staff of 3B as well as her Doctors at the Sault Area Hospital. Your care and support for Mom and our family has not and will never go unnoticed. We are forever grateful.

Dale John Elder

March 1, 1973 - January 1, 2025

Dale John Elder passed away suddenly at his home with his beloved dog "Girlie" by his side on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at the age of 51. Dale was a much-loved son of the late Rita Elder, cherished father of Ashley Elder (Brandon), and a loving grandfather to Kolton. He was also a dear brother to Linda Elder (Ken).

Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will be held at the Holiday Inn Express at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Addictions and Mental Health Services or the Gananoque Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
