Elizabeth Adriana VandenBos (Van Dalen)

Elizabeth Adriana VandenBos passed away on December 27, 2024, at the age of 87.

She was the beloved wife of the late Jasper VandenBos and Capt. Michael VandenBos. Cherished mother of Nelly McDonald and her husband Craig, Elizabeth was also a devoted Oma to Ashley Baragar (Brad), Katy Young (Mike), and Dan McDonald, as well as a loving Great Oma to Bria, Isla, Layne, Nora, and Oakley.

Elizabeth will be fondly remembered by her extended family in Canada and the Netherlands. Her warmth, love, and cherished memories will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

A private family service will be held in the Barnes Chapel on Tuesday, December 31, 2024. Elizabeth will be laid to rest beside her husband and son at Groveside Cemetery.

In memory of Elizabeth, memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
