ARSENEAULT, Virginia 'Ginny' - The family of Virginia Arseneault is very sad to announce her passing on February 7, 2016.
Ginny was born in 1940. At 17 she married Kevin, the love of her life, the prettiest boy in town. Their early years were spent growing a family. They built a home together and were actively involved in the lives of their five children, always cheering them on.
Ginny worked for many years at Empire Life Insurance. She loved meeting people and making friends she would keep for her whole life. Ginny was a curler, a sailor and an accomplished bridge player who enjoyed many hours playing both recreationally and competitively.
After retirement she and Kevin worked side by side in their boating store before travelling the world.
She will be missed tremendously by Kevin and their children, Beth, Paul, Jane, Julie and Sandra (Sam) along with their families, her very large family and many friends.
We'd like to thank the wonderful staff at KGH Davies 4 who made this difficult time easier for Ginny and her family.
Donations in Ginny's name may be made to Kingston Interval House or Martha's Table, both of which Ginny supported for many years.
A memorial mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church, 130 Wiley St., (At Weller Ave.,), Kingston on Friday, February 12th at 1:00 p.m. A reception will follow at the Cataraqui Golf & Country Club, 961 King St., West.
