Pandora Vodouris

1933 - 2024

With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Pandora Vodouris, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, godmother, and cherished friend to many. Pandora passed peacefully in the comfort of her home on Thursday, December 5th, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Pandora was the beloved wife of the late Bill Vodouris, loving mother of George (Rhonda) and Helen (Chris), and a devoted grandmother to Jessica, Kristina, Erika, Spiro, and Alexia. Born in Agia Paraskevi, Greece, in 1933, Pandora immigrated to Canada with her family and worked tirelessly to establish herself in a new country.

Alongside her husband Bill, she founded the Wishbone Restaurant in 1969, a cherished family business that continues to thrive today. Pandora’s love for her family, passion for gardening, and exceptional culinary skills brought joy to everyone around her. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love left a lasting legacy that will be forever remembered.

The family will receive friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen St. S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton, on Tuesday from 2–8 p.m. and on Wednesday, December 11, from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service in the chapel at 11 a.m. Entombment will follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens, 1810 Albion Road, Etobicoke.

If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation. Condolences for the family may be offered at www.EganFuneralHome.com.
