Vasilios (Bill) Voskopoulos
May 7, 1944 - January 27, 2025
In Loving Memory
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Vasilios (Bill) Voskopoulos, who left us peacefully with his family by his side at the age of 80.
Vasilios will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Mary, of 57 years. He was a devoted father to Kathy, Effie, and Soula (Sam) and an adoring grandfather to Victoria, who was the light of his life.
He immigrated to Canada in 1972, determined to build a better future for his family. Born with an entrepreneurial spirit, he owned and operated several fish & chips shops, where he made a lasting impression on his customers. A social butterfly, he enjoyed striking up conversations with total strangers, debating politics, and making countless friends. Above all else, he cherished spending time with his family.
He will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends in Canada, Greece, and Australia.
Although our hearts are heavy, we will celebrate his life and find comfort knowing that he is in heaven watching over us.
