With immense sadness, we announce the passing of Jacob William Moon-Wan on Friday, November 15, 2024, at the tender age of 7. Jacob brought boundless joy and light into the lives of everyone who knew him. He will forever remain in the hearts of his loving family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Friday, November 22, 2024, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Road East, Thornhill, ON. A Funeral Mass will be held in the Chapel of St. Joseph within the Funeral Home on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., followed by interment at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 8361 Yonge Street, Thornhill, ON.

Flowers in Jacob’s memory are welcomed and appreciated as a tribute to his bright and beautiful spirit.
