Yvette Ward

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Yvette Ward at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at the age of 66.

Yvette (née Thompson) was the beloved wife of Robert Ward for 46 years. Loving mother of Ryan Ward (Sarah MacDonald) and Krystal Ley (Corey Ley). Cherished grandmother of Nicholas Ley and Brooklyn Ley. Fondly remembered by her brother Robert Thompson.

Visitation will be held at Celebrations, 35 Lindsay Street North, on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 12:00 noon until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. A reception will follow immediately after the service. Burial will take place later in the spring at Ingoldsby Cemetery.

If desired, memorial donations to an organization of your choice would be appreciated and may be made at Celebrations or Mackey Funeral Home.
