Jamie Ernest John Whaley

April 17, 1977 - November 28, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jamie Ernest John Whaley, who passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at the age of 47. Jamie was the beloved husband of Stacey Whaley and the loving father of Brooke Paige Whaley and Cole James Whaley.

Jamie was a devoted son to Bev Whaley and grandson of Dorothy Moss. He will be dearly missed by his sister Amy Whaley (Rob Young), his nephew Brett Whaley, and his great-niece Summer Whaley. Jamie will also be fondly remembered by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by his father, James “Jim” Whaley, in 2022.

Cremation has taken place. Jamie’s family will receive friends at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, on Friday, December 6, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A private family service will follow. Memorial donations in Jamie’s memory may be made to the Royal Ottawa Hospital.
