KAVLUK, William (Bill) Rexford Kavluk Jr. - Passed away peacefully, at Scarborough Centenary Hospital on October 23, 2023, with family by his side.
Born to Carmel (deceased) and William (Bill) Kavluk Sr. on May 20, 1951.
Bill is survived by his children, Cassandra (Jon), Lexy (Tom), William (Christina), and Sam and also by his father, Bill Sr.; sisters, Lorna and Carmel; and brothers, Kim, Matt, and Mark.
Bill loved his family and was very proud of his children and grandchildren.
At the young age of 19, Bill joined his father at Kavluk Insurance Brokers, which started out of their family home in Markham. Bill and his brother Kim ran the business successfully for many years until he retired in 2016.
Bill will be remembered as a laid-back man who didn't take himself too seriously. He had a gift for relating to people by telling a funny story or joke.
He was passionate about snooker, tennis and Sunday football. He loved the beach, swimming, and music and enjoyed reminiscing about songs that touched his heart.
Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023, from 1 - 4 p.m. at the Stouffville Legion.
