Thomas Victor Wybenga

August 21, 1989 - December 16, 2024

It is with a heavy heart that we share the devastating news of the sudden passing of our beloved son, Thomas Victor Wybenga, on December 16, 2024. He was son to Kelly (Clarence) and Margaret Wybenga & Darlene, and brother to Trevor (Shelley) and Kevin Wybenga. He was also Uncle to Nevaeh & Carson Wybenga and Brooklyn Marsden.

Thomas had a larger-than-life personality and a great sense of humour that would light up anyone around him. His love for the outdoors and his immense love towards lost and injured animals goes beyond explanation. He never wanted to see anyone, or animal, suffer, and he would help in any way he could.

He was athletic and hardworking, keen to offer a hand to anyone who needed it – a special person all around. He was taken from us far too soon and will be forever missed by everyone who knew him.

Friends and family are invited to gather for a visitation at Newcastle Funeral Home on Friday, December 27, 2024, from 12:00 noon until the time of service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m.

May God hold him safe in his arms until we meet him again.
