KAMIYAMA, Yoshihiro "Yoshi"   - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Yoshihiro (Yoshi) Kamiyama, on Monday, June 13, 2022, at Providence Hospital, at the age of 78.

Beloved husband of Hatsuko. Loving father of Arthur (Janine), Lisa (Thomas) and Marianne (James).

Proud grandfather of Midori, Connor, Laughlin, Andrew and Deaglan, who will miss spending time with their Grandpa.

Since arriving in Canada from Okinawa in 1971, Yoshi loved giving his time and passion to the Toronto Okinawan Kenjinkai and the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre (JCCC), where he made many friends throughout the years.

His passions were playing softball with the Noritake team, watching the Blue Jays and "of course" playing golf.

The family would like to thank the kind doctors, nurses and caregivers at Providence Hospital, who made his final few weeks comfortable.
