Burdzy KazimieraBURDZY, Kazimiera (Kazia)  - February 28, 1928 -  November 1, 2018

It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of Kazia Burdzy in her 91st year.

Beloved wife of Ferdynand.

Loving mother of Richard and his wife Donna, Leslie and his wife Laura, Edward and his wife Patti-Rae.

Dear Grandmother of Jeffrey and his wife Kristine, Alexandra, Matthew, Christopher and Gregory. Great-Grandmother of Bradley and Jennifer.

Lovingly remembered by her brother Edward. Kazia was an accomplished chef, seamstress, hairdresser and fisherwoman, along with many other talents. Since her love for children was so endless, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren held the most special place in her heart. Kazia was an active member of her church and will be deeply missed by all.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., on Wednesday, November 7th, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Rosary prayers to be held at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 10 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 12 Denison Ave., Toronto. Funeral Ceremony and reception to follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery, Mississauga. 

Donations in honour of Kazimiera Burdzy to be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
