Aitken DouglasAITKEN, Douglas George  - August 28, 1937 - December 2, 2018

Doug passed away after a short illness at St. Paul's Hospital.

He is predeceased by his lifelong wife Rita and leaves his children Catherine, Bruce (Esthi), Dyan, Nancy (Frank) and grandchildren Jennifer, Stephen, Kaylee and Samantha.

Doug was proud to have been born and raised in Regina, where he fell in love with Rita Bell.

We are grateful that he has joined his precious, beautiful and gifted wife of 60 years, who passed away just five months previous.

We take comfort that this outstanding and dearly loved couple, truly committed to one another and loved by so many, are together once again.

We are grateful to those who have extended their kind and thoughtful condolences.

The Aitken Family would like to express our gratitude to Mom and Dad's awesome caregivers, Agnes, Precy, Edwina, Maricar, Joeza, Susie and Tiffany.

You will never be forgotten, always remembered with great fondness.

Our Father will surely be blessed with peace everlasting.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Paul's Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
