CLAESSEN, Bridget Ann - Passed away peacefully, with her family by his side, at Kingston General Hospital on Sunday, September 3rd, 2017 in her 86th year.
Loving mother of son of Stephen (Carrol) and predeceased by her son Joseph, Sadly missed by daughters Christine (Paul), Ann (Walter), Frances (Maurizo), Tina, Raye-Gina (John) and Penny (Dan).
A loving grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all.
Special thanks to the staff at the KGH.
Cremation has taken place with a Celebration of Life to take place at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in memory of Bridget can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and would be appreciated by the family.
