Beloved mother of Randolph (Lynette), Jacqueline(Danny), Carlos (Harriett) and Evris (Glenda).
Proud grandmother of Kent, Scott, Dale, Ezra-Dawn, Kesha-Denise, Shelley-Ann, Kareem, Thandi, Geneive, Darryl, Sasha, Danielle, Jamell, Tevin, Shauna and Natasha.
Great-grandmother of Malik, Tiera.
Sadly missed by her siblings Arthur (Grace), Wilfred "Herman" (Annette) and Audrey.
Predeceased by her brother Cecil.

Suddenly at home on Monday, October 26, 2015 in his 73rd year.
Predeceased by his parents Bill and Esther Loweryson.
Sadly missed by his sister Betty and her husband Jack, by his nieces Dana (Doug) and Donna (Jeff) and his 3 great-nieces Mikayla, Annika and Liesel.

ARMSTRONG, Arley Walter - (R.A.F. Veteran W.W. II) of Petrolia, Ontario
Suddenly on October 26th at Butternut Manor, Uxbridge in his 94th year.
Husband of the late Margaret Armstrong.
Much loved father of Lloyd (Leslie-Jayne) Armstrong of Ottawa, John (Nancy) Armstrong of Stouffville, and Janet (Dan) Lehman of Uxbridge.
Beloved grandfather of Meredith (Todd) Kemp, Laura (Jesse) Fox, Diane and Aaron Lehman, Matthew, Rachel and Jessie Armstrong. Beloved Great Grandfather to Arleigh Kemp.
Predeceased by his sister Shirley Hodgson (nee Armstrong) and will be missed by brother-in-law Carl Hodgson.
Arley served as an air gunner with the RAF15 Squadron.
He rose to the rank of Flying Officer and was decorated with a Distinguished Flying Medal.
Upon return to Canada, he joined Imperial Oil Limited in Sarnia (later Toronto) and retired in Chatham after over 36 years of valued service to the company.
Cremation has taken place. Friends and family are invited to a memorial open house in Arley’s honour to take place at the Royal Canadian Legion, Uxbridge Branch on Sunday November 22nd from 1 pm – 4 pm.
If desired donations may be made to the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital Foundation or the Uxbridge Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion.

Pat, beloved wife of the late Floyd William Bradd.
Daughter of the late Mary Josephine and Victor Hooper.
Sister of the late Marion B. Swindells, Gertrude A. Humpage and Kenneth G. Hooper.
Dear aunt of Jean Humpage of Pickering, Beverly Panacci (Humpage) of Mississauga, Sandra MacMillan (Hooper) of Newcastle, Barry Hooper of Pontypool, Pauline Howarth (Hooper) of Bowmanville and Carol Conlin (Hooper) of Bowmanville.
Lovingly remembered by her many great nieces, nephews and her sister-in-law Florence Hooper of Bowmanville.

CARRIER, Denis Frederick - Passed peacefully at his home with his family by his side on Sunday October 25th, 2015 at the young age of 58.
Survived by his wife and best friend Jill Carrier of Oshawa. Much loved Dad of Ryan Carrier and Diana of Waterdown, David Carrier of Waterdown, Tyler Davidson, Curtis Davidson and Max Davidson all of Oshawa, along with their puppy Teddy. All brought so much joy to his life.
Pre-deceased by his parents Alcide and Beatrice Carrier and fondly remembered by his parents-in-law Wayne and Marianne Rounding.
Loving brother and best friend of Joanne Carrier and Fred Carrier and his wife Cathy all of Lively ON and brother-in-law of Rex Rounding and his wife Rebekka of Bowmanville.
Den was such a proud Uncle of his many nieces and nephews and their families.
Forever a friend to Luanne Carrier.
He was loved by so many friends and relatives and he enjoyed being part of all of their lives.
Den grew up in Lively, Ontario but his favorite place was the family camp on the French River. He always loved his family and friends around him and especially at their Villa on the French.
Den loved to keep busy and he had many hobbies and interests. He played hockey for the Lively Hawks, loved boating, scuba diving and golfing to name a few. Fall was his favorite time of year as he was always so excited for the hunt. Den was a successful and a very generous business man whose passion for Nephrology touched many patients and health professionals for over 30 years. There are too many lives that Denis touched to mention.
This man was passionate and full of life. This man loved. This man was loved.
He will be missed by so many and would want you to celebrate his life and raise a glass for him.
Visitation at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday (October 29th). A service to celebrate Denis’ life will be held in the Barnes Chapel Friday afternoon at 1:00 p.m.

Marie would not want any of us to shed more than a couple of tears for she lived her life her way.
When she couldn’t do what she wanted to do any longer, she still did what she wanted and passed away on her own terms at Lakeridge Health with the love of her family by her side.
