Susan Lee Rohrer, 75, of View Lake, Ontario, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2024, following a long and courageous battle with dementia. Born on October 26, 1949, to Henry Cantrell and Cora Lee Linton, Susan was a beloved wife, mother, and friend. She was married for 53 years to her husband, Kenneth Rohrer (2023), and was a devoted mother to her children, Michelle and Jeffrey (Trung).
Susan shared her life and passions with Ken, supporting him in farming, land development, and building their dream home on the lake. Together they enjoyed showcasing their cherished 1971 Chevelle convertible at local car shows. Susan loved craft shows, shopping, and lunches with her sister, Marlene Werry (2019), with whom she shared many cherished laughs. Winters were spent in Florida, where she enjoyed line dancing, yoga, swimming, and bike riding.
The family wishes to thank the compassionate nurses and PSWs at Extendicare Kawartha Lakes and Bayshore Home Health, especially Laura (2024) and Dorothea, for their outstanding care and friendship to Susan in her final years.
