DAMATO, Jacqueline Marie (nee de LESSEPS)   -  Artist and Poet Born in Toronto, June 5, 1936.

Died in Owen Sound, on July 24, 2022.

Beloved wife of Charles; loving mother of Crista (Allen), Gerard, Michael and Alina; loving grandmother of Jinji.

She was sister-in-law to the late Barbara Lorentz; aunt to Alicia Dino (Roel); great-aunt to Noah, Lucca and Alessandra. Jacquie, as she was known, spent her formative years at Loretto Abbey and graduated from the University of St. Michael's College in 1957.

She lived in Fonthill for many years prior to settling in the countryside near Chatsworth, where she and her husband planted more than a thousand trees.
