REID, James - Peacefully, in his sleep on January 28, 2024, in his 94th year.
James will be deeply missed by his son, Graham (Deborah) and grandsons, Alex (Amy) and Jeremy; his sister, Caroline; sister-in-law, Betty; his nieces, nephews, and many friends.
James was a retired supervisor at the Toronto Transit Commission, and a mechanic for ROOTES Motors Canada.
James was predeceased by his beloved wife, Doris (Cooper); and his brothers, Bill and Roy.
The family would like express their appreciation and gratitude for the kindness and care Jim received from the staff and employees during his time at St. Clair O'Connor Community Retirement Home, and Lakeridge Gardens Long-Term Care Home.
There will be no service at Jim's request.
