GAINFORTH, Kenneth Gainforth - (Resident of Halburton, Ontario)
Peacefully at Haliburton Hospital on Tuesday evening, June 26, 2018 in his 81st year.
Beloved husband of Doreen Gainforth (nee Coumbs).
Loving father of Bill (Melanie) and Dan (Karen).
Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Thomas, Ryan, Kristen and Mitchell.
Dear brother of Skip.
Predeceased by his sisters Sandy Barr and Nancy Strohack.
Also lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews.
Ken worked as a Millwright for A.G. Simpson Manufacturing in Oshawa for over 20 years.
He enjoyed snowmobiling, the outdoors and most of all his family.
A Private Graveside Service will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Haliburton. Friends are invited to visit with the family at The Community Room, 13523 Hwy. #118, Haliburton, Ontario on Sunday afternoon, July 8, 2018 from 1 - 3 p.m. A time of sharing will take place at 2 p.m.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Foundation - Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
