MAZUR, Olga Mazur  -  It is with much sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother Olga Mazur (nee Evasiuk) on June 16th, 2024.

She is survived by and lovingly remembered by son Robert and daughter Arlene (Paul). Born in Sifton, Manitoba, she joined her sisters in Toronto where she made her home.

Beloved wife of the late Albert Mazur, she will be remembered by close friends, good neighbours and extended family for her humour and strength.

Her love of painting stayed with her despite the progression of Parkinson’s disease, and she continued to create bookmarks, cards and drawings for friends and family.

She truly enjoyed attending family gatherings, and also loved sitting in the backyard garden just finding pleasure in the flowers and birds.

Her positive attitude, her humour, and her resilience were an inspiration. She will be deeply missed, but we’ll remember her smile and all the good happy times.

Resting at Newediuk Funeral Home, 2058 Kipling Avenue (north of Rexdale Boulevard), on Wednesday, June 26th from 10-11am, with the funeral service to follow in the Chapel at 11am.
