FLEMING, Pamela Fleming

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Pamela Fleming—beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend—who died peacefully on May 21, 2025, surrounded by family, after a courageous battle with cancer. Pam was predeceased by her parents, John and Jessie Eileen Nelson (née Shannon). She is survived by her devoted husband of 52 years, Alan; her children, Christine, Kathleen, and Ashley; her sister Cecil; her brother Shannon; and a wide circle of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family. A lifelong connector, Pam maintained friendships that stretched back to her childhood. She had a deep love for travel, gardening, nature, sports, good food, the arts, books, and film. She believed true happiness came not from possessions but from appreciating the blessings already at hand. Grounded and present, Pam brought energy, integrity, and loyalty to everything she did. She was a woman of strength, fairness, and quiet leadership. Her commitment to community was unwavering—she gave many years of dedicated service to St. George’s Church and was an active member of the Oshawa Golf Club. Pam will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her spirit, generosity, and grace will remain with us—always. Relatives and friends are invited to McINTOSH-ANDERSON-KELLAM FUNERAL HOME LTD, 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Saturday June 14, 2025 from 10 am until time of service at 11 am.
