Farr VictorFARR, Victor Alfred   -   September 15, 1940 - October 27, 2022

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Victor Alfred Farr, on October 27, 2022, at the age of 82.

Beloved husband of Betty for 60 years; proud father of Victor Jr. (Linda), Jo-Anne (Devon), Tom (Beth), and Anthony (Shelley); cherished grandfather of Brandon, Brittany (Jake), Michelle (Garrett), Jessica (Jared), Max, and Gabby.

He will be most missed as Nanu to his great-granddaughters, Violet and Millie; and as a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.

He is also survived by his sisters, Vivian, Isabelle, Eileen, and Daria; and cousin, Marlene.

Predeceased by his brothers and sisters, Joe, Gladys, Doris, and Tony. Vic immigrated from Malta to Canada, with his parents and eight brothers and sisters in 1952.

He soon established himself as a mogul in the lumber industry in Toronto. He later rebranded Victoriaville Hockey Sticks to Vic, and it became a global brand under his guidance.

The family would especially like to thank Nurse Thera from Paramed, Susan Clark, Tammy, Vicky and Cynthia, for being Vic's Team of Angels; as well as Dr. Cole Krensky at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, for making the end of Vic's life comfortable.

A private service was held in Gravenhurst.

Memorial contributions in Vic's memory may be made to Andy's House Hospice in Port Carling, ON.
