Mrs. Howell will be resting at J. Scott Early Funeral Home, Milton, on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 6, 2019 at 10 a.m., at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 139 Martin Street, Milton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ian Anderson House, 430 Winston Churchill Boulevard, Oakville.
