LEWIS, Margaret M.E.  - February 1, 1927 - January 25, 2018

Margaret (Marg) passed away peacefully at Isabel and Arthur Meighen Manor in her 91st year.

She was predeceased by her parents, Elizabeth and Robert Lewis and brothers Ivan, Robert, William and Kenneth.

Marg is survived by her sister Elizabeth Ross, brother Gordon, sisters-in-law Eila McGinley and Sibylla Lewis, nieces and nephews Karen (Rob), Sue-Ann (Patrick), Mark (Brenda), Randy (Melissa), Andrea (Sean), Robert (Paula), David (Maureen) and Jason McGinley (Carmen), great-nephew Sean Annable (Carly) and great-nieces Matilde and Chloe Lewis. She retired in 1983 from IBM as the Director of Data Processing Marketing Administration Services, after 37 years of service and with a Special Contribution Award. Marg built a cottage in 1968 in Muskoka.

She received a 25-year service award and an Honorary Life Membership from the Volunteer Association of Women's College Hospital.

She was an active member of Armour Heights Presbyterian Church. Marg's last place of residence was the Isabel and Arthur Meighen Manor. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all of the staff at Isabel and Arthur Meighen Manor for their kind and compassionate care of Marg for the past four years.

Private cremation has taken place. A reception to remember Marg will be held on Sunday, March 11th, from 2 to 4 p.m., at Humphrey Funeral Home, 1403 Bayview Avenue, Toronto.
