Soulmate for 70 years and loving husband of Eileen Brasier lovingly known as Lynn for 67 years.
Loving Father of Gloria (Gus), Keith (Louise) and Ken (Hung).
Loving Grandfather of Samantha, Julie (Mark), Kevin, Jonathan (Leslie), Kirk and Valerie.

MCKENZIE, Margaret - Passed away on April 27, 2021, at Sunnyside Home at the age of 81.
Beloved wife of the late Ronald McKenzie.
Dearly loved by her children: Karen (Dan) Lagassie and Lesley McKenzie.
Cherished by her grandchildren: Grant, Lincoln and Jaxon.
Margaret trained as a Midwife and Registered Nurse in Scotland.
With a spirit of adventure, she immigrated alone to Canada in 1964 and met her future husband, Ron.
She held a long career in nursing, moving through different specialties but finding her focus in geriatrics for the majority of her career.

CARDY, Alice 'Bay' E. - August 8, 1925 – April 27, 2021 -
Our wonderful, warm, wise and witty Mum died peacefully at home on April 27, 2021 surrounded by family and Sparky, her ever present Jack Russell.
Born in Toronto, Bay was the loving wife to the late Gordon Cardy and mother to Barbara and her husband Peter, Roland and his late wife Sandy, Gordon Jr. and his partner Astrid, and predeceased by her youngest daughter Rosemary (1985).
Grandmother to ten and with six great-grandkids.

HARLEY, G. Peter - Son of the late Vera and George Harley died April 27, 2021 at his home in Newcastle in the arms of his wife, Ann-marie.
He is survived by his wife, his daughter, Anne Dorothy Harley of Claremont, California, his son, John Harley, (Lisa) and grandsons, Spencer and Alexander of Toronto.
His sister, Dorothy Harley Eber C.M., his cousins, Frances and Anne, their spouses and children as well as his many nieces and nephews and their extended families will all miss him.

CAVANAGH, Catherine Gail - Gail passed away suddenly, on April 27, 2021.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Bruce Donald Cavanagh and her very good friends Peggy and Gary.
Gail will be fondly remembered by her friends from the Balmy Beach Club, her friends, colleagues and clients from Sunnybrook Hospital, and the many friends she made along the way.

GALILEE, Warren - Passed away on April 27, 2021, at Grand River Hospital, at the age of 49, after suffering a stroke.
Devastated by the loss are Elizabeth Heald, his wife of 23 years, and his beautiful daughter, Madison Galilee.
He is reunited in heaven with his late son Dylan Galilee who passed away in 2008, at the age of 6, due to complications from undiagnosed Kawasaki disease.

GARNER, Thomas Anthony - Passed away after a brief illness at the Mill Creek Care Centre in Barrie, on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 in his 90th year.
Tom was born in Boston, Lincolnshire, England on March 14, 1932. He immigrated to Canada in the early 1950's and began working on farms across Canada until he settled in Toronto.
He was a Civilian with the Toronto Police Services for almost 30 years.
Beloved husband of the late Catherine.
He will be missed by his cherished daughter Jill (Durante) and grandsons Ryan and Adam.
Brother of the late Hugh Garner and Geoffrey Garner.

HAYES, Robert "Bob" Hayes - of Aurora, passed away at Southlake Hospital.
Born in Glasgow, January 15, 1932.
Married for 63 years to Margaret Hayes (Nee Mackay).
He leaves behind his son Iain Hayes, sister-in-law Helen Ross (Victor) and many nieces and nephews back in Scotland.
Bob worked at De Havilland Aircraft for 33 years and was a proud member of York Masonic Lodge.

HOWSAM, Brenda - March 15, 1955 - April 27, 2021
It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Brenda Howsam (nee Cogan) passed away on Tuesday, April 27th, peacefully in her sleep.
Brenda was born in Ottawa, Canada.
She graduated from the Radio and Television Arts program at Ryerson University, and then worked on television programs such as Global News as a young professional.
While at Ryerson, she met her husband, Gary Howsam.
They were married for 41 beautiful years and had three children together: Meryl, Josh, and Jess.
When Jess married Jeff, and Josh married Cydney, Brenda welcomed her children-in-law as her own.

ZAMPINO, Joanne Lena - It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the loss of our queen, Joanne Zampino. She passed away too soon on April 27, 2021 at the age of 77.

BENCSICS, Mary (nee CERVEN) - May 1, 1938 – April 27, 2021
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Mary Bencsics.
In October 1938, an infant Mary arrived to the great country of Canada, from Poland, alongside her eldest brother John, and loving parents Mary and John Czerwien-Hubiak (later Cerven).
Mary was raised in Port Arthur (Thunder Bay), Ontario, on Hilldale Road, to a farming family. Mary attended Hillcrest high school where she specialized in secretarial and office skills.
These took her to Toronto where she met her beloved spouse George Bencsics and where she spent the rest of her life. Mary's passion took her in many different directions; such as, working as an assistant to the elderly, working at St. Michael's Hospital, and volunteering in the community.

PERRI, Cesarino “Cesare” - 82 years old, passed away on Tuesday April 27, 2021, at Etobicoke General Hospital, with loved ones by his side.
He was born January 1st, 1939, in Castrolibero, Cosenza, Italy. The son of the late Francesco and Giulia (Cairo).
He is survived by his loving wife Iolanda (Arturi) who he was married to for 54 years.
He was a very hard worker who provided for his family. He worked at Sick Kid’s Hospital as a general painter for 22 years and also worked part time as a barber, which was his passion.

ALLEN, Barbara Kathleen - June 9, 1935 - April 27, 2021
Barb peacefully passed away at Markham Stouffville Hospital.
She was a loving mother to Drew (Jennifer), Don (Gail), Chris and Ruth-Anne.
She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Jayden, Justine, Cotter, Breckell, Nicole, Sarah & Kolain.
Barb surrounded herself with many friends from the Unionville area as well as her longtime gal pals "The Watford Girls" including Margot, her best friend for almost 85 years.
Barb enjoyed vacationing in Florida and Mexico but always loved coming back to her little home and beautiful backyard.

Tom was an Immigration and Capacity Lawyer in Hamilton.
He graduated from Trinity College, B.A. (Honours); McMaster University, M.A.; Queens University, LLB; Practising Lawyer alongside his years as an Immigration Appeals Court Adjudicator in Toronto.

McINTOSH, Donald "Brian" - Peacefully, at his home, on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, age 60 years, after a hard fight with cancer.
Beloved husband of Andrea (née Colbourn) and dear father of Melanie.
Brian is also survived by his mother, Gladys (the late Donald); sister, Gail (Mike); brother, Robert (Roslyn); and nephew, Joey.

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Cedric E. Henry.
Cedric passd away peacefully at North York General Hospital, at the age of 91.
He was predeceased by his wife Delvis Henry, his parents, Florence and Charlie Henry and his brother and sister.
He leaves behind his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-granddaughter, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Cedric was born in Guyana, South America.
He immigrated to Canada where he worked at CN for the majority of his life until he retired.

BURROWS, Muriel Joyce (nee MAGNAN) - Passed peacefully Monday, April 27, 2020 at her home in Jackson's Point, Ontario.
A dedicated and loving mother and grandlady, she is survived by her beloved children and grandchildren: Heather (Rich) Davies son James; Jennifer (Timothy Grier) and sons Jeremy and Matthew; Frank (Elizabeth) and sons Benjamin and Luke; and Tania (Andy Perrotti) and children Rachel, Sarah, and Nathan.
Born October 31, 1926 in Toronto, Ontario, she spent her teenage years in Caledonia, Ontario and received a Bachelor of Social Work from Trinity College at the University of Toronto in 1952.
Joyce moved to Georgina in 1956 with her beloved husband of 59 years, the late Dr. George Burrows (1928- 2015), where she helped build his practice, first in Sutton and then in Jackson's Point.
