POGGI, Emilio Luigi - With sadness we announce the passing of the late Emilio on Saturday, February 29, 2020.
Born in Genova, Italy on July 31, 1928 he was the son of the late Gugliemo Poggi and Paola Sparaccio.
Including his parents he was predeceased by his loving wide Yolanda (nee Rita) and son Ricki.
Leaving with fond and precious memories are his immediate and extended family and those who had the privilege of considering Emilio a friend.
Family will be accepting visitors at Lynette Funeral Home, Toronto on Wednesday, March 4 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.. A service celebrating the life of Emilio will be celebrated from the funeral home chapel on Thursday, March 5 at 11:00 a.m.
In keeping with Emilio's personal wishes, cremation will follow.
