KOSCAK, Frank - The World Lost an Original, October 25, 2023.
Frank Koscak, after a brief and courageous fight with cancer, passed away peacefully, at Mackenzie Health Hospital in Richmond Hill.
He was surrounded by family. He just turned 87 years of age.
Beloved husband of 63 years to Apollonia Koscak (predeceased); loving father to Bruno (Marilyn) and Brian (Camille). Proud Opa to four grandchildren, Kiera (predeceased), Justin (Sophia), Jamie, and Kaitlyn.
He was a loyal and passionate Toronto Maple Leaf fan and he wanted to witness the Leafs win the Stanley Cup one more time.
Although that did not happen, the Leafs won the game the evening of his passing.
We welcome family and friends to Marshall Funeral Home, 10366 Yonge St., Richmond Hill, ON L4C 3B8, to remember him, on Monday, October 29, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Services will be at 12:00 noon and burial will take place immediately after at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 8361 Yonge St., Thornhill, ON L3T 2C7.
