It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stephen Raymond Harland on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at the age of 61. Stephen was a beloved family member, cherished friend, and respected member of the Whitby community. His kindness, warmth, and unwavering support for those around him will be deeply missed.
