STOCKILL, Margaret Ann (Coons) - After a brief battle with cancer, Margaret Ann died peacefully, with family by her side, at North Bay Regional Health Centre on Friday, September 1, 2017.
She was 57 years old and a former resident of Bellevile.
Margaret Ann was the devoted and beloved wife of Harry William Stockill of Powassan and proud and loving mother of Zachary of Thailand and Carly (Alexander) of England.
She was the cherished daughter of Valerie Ann (Keeler) and Carl James Coons of Belleville.
Margaret Ann was the dear sister of Terry (Wanda) Coons of Belleville and Howie (Chantal) Coons of Brockville, and the treasured aunt of many nieces and nephews.
As a selfless, compassionate, and dedicated Child and Youth Worker at Children's Aid, Margaret Ann will also be greatly missed and fondly remembered by many clients, co-workers and friends.
Visitation from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Friday, September 8, 2017 at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday at 2 pm followed by interment.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society - Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Research.
