Hogarth PaulineHOGARTH, Pauline Jane (nee POLLOCK)   -  It is with great sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Pauline, at Donway Place Senior Apartments on Friday, February 9, 2024, in her 94th year.

 

She will be deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews; her dear godchildren; and her sister-in-law, Sandra.

 

She will be forever remembered by her many close family members and friends.

 

She was predeceased by her husband, James Hogarth; her sisters, Shirley and Charlene; her brother, John; and niece, Laurie.

 

Pauline was an active lifetime member of the Progressive Conservative Party and of the Toronto Ladies Golf Club. She searched titles for the Toronto Legal Department.

 

After 15 years of dedicated work, she entered Teachers College and taught with the Toronto Board of Education until retirement.

 

She continued her commitment to education through private tutoring following her retirement.

 

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff at Donway Place for their exceptional care and friendship they showed to Pauline.

 

Visitation will be held at Ogden Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2 - 4 p.m. and 6 - 8 p.m., followed by a Funeral Service to be held in the Chapel on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.

 

Donations in Pauline's memory to the Salvation Army or to OSPCA would be greatly appreciated.
