Beloved husband of Genia Elkind.
Loving father and father-in-law of Matt and Hannah Elkind, and Karoline Elkind and James Chan.
Dear brother and brother-in-law of Marilyn and Charles Siegel, and the late Marvin Elkind.
Devoted grandfather of Winston, Graydon and Evie. Stanley loved travel, a good game of tennis and paddling a canoe. He was known for his bold pinstriped three-piece suits with his signature yellow chrysanthemum boutonniere.
When he wasn't building his law firm, and Mackrell International and Globalaw into 170 offices in 60 countries he worked tirelessly in the community.
He was a board member of the Riverdale Hospital, Canadian Opera Company as well as active in Baycrest, Opera Hamilton, Canadian Friends of the Israel Museum, Jewish Immigrant Aids Society, Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Foundation and Beth Tzedec Congregation.
At Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Avenue W. (three lights west of Dufferin), for service on Friday, February 9th at 12:00 p.m. Interment at Beth Tzedec Memorial Park.
