Predeceased by his mother, Joan Gordon, his father J. Roy Gordon and all his siblings, Brian is fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.

YAMANAKA, Richard - Sadly passed away on July 12th, 2021.
Born June 27,1921 in Prince Rupert, BC, his parents were Japanese immigrants from Wakayama who opened a general store. In 1940, he achieved a full scholarship to study Engineering Physics at Queen's University, during which time his family was relocated to Slocan Internment Camp.
A proud member of Science ‘44, he later moved to Toronto, where he met his wife Jean and they settled on Donna Court in Willowdale and raised their four daughters. Dick had a successful career in X-ray sales with GE Medical Systems travelling all across Canada.

UBBENS, Bougiena Wendy (nee Forma) - (January 2, 1933 - July 12, 2021) - Wendy Ubbens, 88, of Brampton, Ontario, went home to be with the Lord on July 12, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on January 2nd, 1933 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, to Dirk and Emma Forma (nee Wiersma).
Wendy grew up in a loving Christian family in Amsterdam along with her brothers Theo, Piet and George and sister Margreet. After WW2, followed by au pair work in England, France and Germany, she immigrated to Canada in 1955. Wendy soon became engaged to Bill Ubbens who she had met in high school when she was 13 years old. They married on August 25, 1956.

BLEIER, Irene - Sadly on July 12, 2021, in her 99th year, Irene Bleier passed away peacefully at Baycrest Apotex.

WEILINGER, Ingeborg Anna 'Inge' - (May 26, 1932 July 12, 2021) -
Quietly and peacefully, Inge slipped away to join her beloved Leo on Monday July 12, 2021 at Sunrise of Aurora.
Family members were grateful to say goodbye, hold her hand and let her know she was loved.
Inge was born in Vienna, Austria and immigrated to Canada in 1952 with her husband Leo and her mother Augustine to begin a new life in Canada. They settled in the High Park area of Toronto, but as the family grew, moved to Richmond Hill then Aurora which they called home for over 60 years.

KAROLIDIS, Fotios - Passed away on July 12, 2021.
Fotios was born in Sidirokastro, Greece on November 9, 1927; son to parents Theodosios and Soultana Karolidis.
While he was still young, he and his family moved to and lived in Kastoria, Greece. He served in the Greek military as a medic during the Greek civil war.
He moved to Canada in the 1950’s where he married his wife, Vasiliki (Koula) Vlahos.
Although they didn’t have any children, they had many nieces and nephews who regarded the couple as second parents.

ROMANCHUK, Richard Allen - On Monday, July 12, 2021, Richard passed away suddenly and quietly at the age of 57.
He was visiting family at the time of death and had spent some memorable time with them prior to his passing surrounded by those who loved him.
Richard will be dearly missed by his mother, Betty (Elizabeth) Romanchuk, and brothers, Micheal (Kelly) and David (Olive). Predeceased by his father, Edward Romanchuk.

BAILEY, Robert F. - Bob passed away quietly, at 73 years of age, at home in Port McNicoll, on July 12, 2021.
Born, Robert Frederick Bailey, to Mary (nee Woodbyrne) and Fred, Bob was the second eldest of 5 Bailey children. Shirley (Davidson), Michael, Kevin and Jim.
A proud uncle to numerous nieces and nephews who loved him.
Continuing the Bailey family tradition of working on the railroad, Bob was a proud hogger for CN and Via Rail for many years where he made many lifelong friends and where he met the love of his life, Susan.
Bob was married to Susan (Laplante), who passed away on January 20, 2021.
Bob was devastated and heartbroken when he lost Susan.

CLARKE-WIMPENNY, Ave Maria Anne - Ave Maria Anne Clarke-Wimpenny - a unique name for a very unique woman.
Suddenly, in the evening of July 12, 2021, at Health Sciences North Hospital in Sudbury, Ave Maria succumbed to cancer after a year-long battle.
Born June 9, 1956, she was raised in Oshawa until age 11 when she moved to Elliot Lake, Ontario, with her mother Maria and younger brother Reilly.
She graduated with honours from the University of Toronto with an undergraduate degree in psychology and art history.
When her son Michael-Anthony was three, she returned to university where she obtained a Masters of Divinity from Regis College.

SALK, Jaan Ilmar - Jaan Ilmar Salk was born in 1947 in Västerås, Sweden.
He came to Canada in 1950 with his Estonian parents, Arnold and Linda, and his older brother, Hans.
After an exceptionally courageous, nine-month-long battle with pancreatic cancer, Jaan passed away peacefully on Monday, July 12, 2021, surrounded by his loved ones, at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie.
For 49 years combined, Jaan proudly worked at the Neilson chocolate and ice cream factory in downtown Toronto and the Canada Post Gateway facility in Mississauga.
He was president of the Toronto Film Society from 1978-1983, a position he always held dear to his heart.

DAVIS, Gordon - It is with a heavy heart we share the passing of our beloved brother Gordon Davis on July 12, 2021.
He had a long battle with cancer but sadly was taken too soon.
He was surrounded by love, family and dear friends at the time of his passing.
Gordon will be deeply missed by his two sons, Gabriel and Jaedon, former wife Desiree, his brother Doug (Karen) and sister Ann (Bob) and his niece Maegan and nephews David (Jessica) and Chris.
He was pre-deceased by his Mother May and Father Rodger.

WALKER, Doris - 1924 - 2021 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Doris (Dode) Walker.
Benevolent, compassionate, generous and always gracious, Doris' passion for perfection and excellence were cornerstones of her character.
She passed away peacefully, on Monday, July 12th, in her 96th year.
A lover of golf and duplicate bridge, Doris dedicated her life to her family and to her husband of 68 years, Clifford.
Doris leaves behind children Richard, Garth (Marianne Walker), Debbie (Len Powell), eight loving grandchildren (Christopher, Aimee, Lindsay, Matthew, Celina, Avery, Deanna and Kristina) and great-grandchildren (Cain, James and Parker).
An extraordinary wife and matriarch, Doris was always by Cliff's side.
